Some UK companies charge per square metre, which is fairer for unusually large or small rooms. It suits open-plan spaces, commercial properties and homes with non-standard room sizes. We do not publish a per-m² rate. Our size bands do the same job, and you see the price before we start.

When per-m² pricing makes sense: It suits large open-plan living areas, loft conversions or commercial spaces where a fixed room price does not reflect the work involved. If your space is over 30m², send us photos or ask for a visit and we will price it.
