"Honestly wasn't expecting much - we'd tried two other companies before and nothing shifted the stain by the front door. These lot actually got it out though. Took about 2 hours for the whole downstairs and it was dry by the evening. Would use them again."

"They collected and returned the rug which was handy. The cleaning itself was fine, looks a bit brighter. My issue was it took longer than they initially said to get it back - was told a week and it was more like 10 days. Not a massive deal but worth mentioning."

"Four bedrooms done and dusted in a couple of hours. They put shoe covers on without being asked which is a small thing but I noticed. Carpets are properly clean - that fresh feeling when you walk on them. Good stuff."

"New puppy plus cream carpet was not my best decision. They came out with a UV light and found stains I didn't even know about which was both impressive and horrifying. All sorted now though. The dog is still here, the stains are not."
